Please note that room booking requests that the ZIM is responsible for are only accepted through the application form. Room bookings are no longer possible by telephone call.
Depending on your role within the University and the purpose you need the room for, you will have to apply either to the room allocation office in the ZIM, or the event management team in the Communication and Marketing department. If you apply to the wrong team, your request will not be processed. Therefore, please ensure you contact the correct team by following these guidelines:
The centralised room allocation office is responsible for booking requests made by University staff for the purpose of teaching or certain work meetings, with some exceptions.
The events team is principally responsible for bookings that aren't related to teaching or university operations.
The Room allocation policy (German) determines how rooms are allocated to classes and events. The policy ensures that room bookings are processed in a transparent and consistent manner.
Am Dienstag, den 04.07.2023, wurde die Raumplanung für regelmäßig stattfindende Lehrveranstaltungen im Wintersemester 2023/24 in Stud.IP veröffentlicht. Die Ergebnisse der Raumplanung wurden als Zeiten/Räume in die Stud.IP-Veranstaltungen eingetragen. In den kommenden Tagen werden noch Nacharbeiten ausgeführt.
Bitte prüfen Sie die veröffentlichten Planungsergebnisse in den Lehrveranstaltungen Ihrer Einrichtungen in Stud.IP auf Vollständigkeit und wenden Sie sich bei Rückfragen per E-Mail an die ZIM-Raumvergabe. Wir bitten Sie, keine eigenständigen Änderungen an Veranstaltungszeiten vorzunehmen, da dies eine unbeabsichtigte Stornierung der Raumbuchung zur Folge haben kann.
Bitte berücksichtigen Sie die geltende Maßnahme zur Entlastung der Mensa. In folgenden Hörsälen ist der mittägliche Zeitslot für Vorlesungen strikt festgelegt und wurde bei der Raumplanung so berücksichtigt:
Die Raumplanung für unregelmäßig stattfindende Lehrveranstaltungen beginnt im Anschluss an die aktuellen Nacharbeiten. Bitte nutzen Sie für die Raumanfragen für Ihre Lehrveranstaltungen unser Raumantragsformular. Alle bereits gesammelten und noch eintreffenden Anfragen werden nach Eingangsreihenfolge bearbeitet.
Hinweis zu Bautätigkeiten im WiSe 2023/24:
Während der Vorlesungszeit des WiSe 2023/24 werden notwendige Sanierungsarbeiten am Campus durchgeführt. Dadurch kann es in folgenden Bereichen temporär zu Baulärm kommen:

If the room allocations period for your classes has already finished, please contact the room allocations office with your query.
If you want to book a room for regular meetings for your student group, you must first register your group as a recognised student club/society. Then, you can fill in the room reservation request form.
Only the individual registered as representative for your student club/society can submit a room reservation request. You will only be able to book rooms for the following time periods:
Mondays to Thursdays from 20:00
Fridays from 16:00
Saturdays and Sundays all day
