Wi-Fi campus on the campus

Throughout the campus, there are over 600 access points (AP) available with which students, employees and guests of the university can access the university network and surf the internet free of charge. In order to ensure that usage goes as smoothly as possible, we regularly check the system for errors.

The office areas are served by APs that are installed in the corridors.
There are individual APs in the lecture theatres and seminar rooms.
The outer area between the Sports Centre and the Innsteg Auditorium is supplied with its own outside APs.

In our Wi-Fi, you can use the following networks:

• CampusUniPassau for the use via OpenVPN and web activation
• Eduroam for access via eduroam
• BayernWi-Fi for access via BayernWi-Fi
